The service

TradeCRM helps small businesses capture leads and follow up on them automatically using AI-drafted messages. Automated replies require your review and approval unless you explicitly enable automatic sending in your settings.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for reviewing AI-generated content before it's sent (unless auto-send is enabled), and for complying with applicable data protection law when handling your customers' data through this service.

Subscriptions and billing

TradeCRM is free to use for 14 days from when you sign up, and we don't ask for a card. After that you need a subscription to keep using it. If you don't subscribe your account is locked, but we don't delete your data.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting when you subscribe. Prices are provisional and may change with notice.

You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing > Manage billing. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. If you change plan, the difference is prorated.

We don't normally refund part-used months, but nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Where the law entitles you to a refund, or we've charged you in error, we'll give you one. To ask for a refund, get in touch.

Limitation of liability

AI-generated content may contain errors. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated analysis or replies that were not reviewed before sending.
