What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through a business's website form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. We also store the resulting conversation, including any AI-generated replies and follow-ups. If the business sends you a quote, we also store the quote itself, record when you open it, and record your response — whether you accepted or declined, and the name you typed to accept.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, follow up if you haven't replied, and — with your consent implied by contacting the business — send related emails. We use OpenAI to help analyse enquiries and draft replies; your data is sent to OpenAI's API for this purpose only and is not used to train their models. We use Resend to send and receive email, and Stripe to process the business's subscription payment (we never see your payment details as a customer — Stripe billing is between us and the business, not you).
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from further emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message we send. You can also ask the business you contacted to delete your data — deletion removes your enquiry, conversation, messages, and any quotes entirely.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your enquiry or an active conversation is relevant, or until the business requests its deletion.
